These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Walletable, a transaction tracking application ("App") provided by us ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using the App, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Walletable is a personal finance management tool that allows users to track transactions, manage wallets, and view financial analytics. The App is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes our rights or those of others.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Pro Month $2.99 per month (prices may vary by region) and Pro Year $29.99 per year (prices may vary by region). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Subscribed users will have access to premium features, including access to financial charts/analytics and the ability to share wallets with other users. All purchases are processed through Apple’s billing system. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
